Order

You can order any products in store .If you need match your own EFLOW boards,like choose the deck ,truck and wheels color .Please add extra USD for the labour .

Order cancellation policy

You may cancel your order without any additional charge or obligation if the boards have not been shipped .
After your board has been processed for shipping ,the return policy:

If delivery is attempted but not accepted , we will return the sample fee .But please pay the bank fee . If the board you matched is attempted but not accepted , We will also return the sample fee . But please pay the bank fee and the extra USD for the labour.
If the boards have shipped out . So sorry you can not cancel your order.
Because after shipped out , The goods could not be returned back to us !

Warranty policies

Warrants time :9month from the date the customer purchase the boards from an EFLOW authorized reseller or EFLOW’s webstore.
Note :Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or products that have suffered damage stemming from an accident or impact.

You will be solely responsible for (and EFLOW disclaims) any and all loss liability or damages resulting from your use of our products, including loss of life, personal injury, or the loss of or damage to computer, mobile device, and all other property. EFLOW does not guarantee or promise any specific level of performance or battery life associated with the use of its products or any features thereof.
